If you cancel a paid plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation date. Refunds can't be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
If you upgrade from a free account to a paid account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paid plans only applies if you sign up for a paid plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.
The prices you see above are all inclusive. For example, the Business plan is $124.99/month (or $99.99/month if paid yearly) for up to 5 team members. That means you pay $124.99/month total no matter how many users you have as long as it's 5 or less. If you don't see a plan large enough for your team here, you can add additional users for $9.99/user/month or contact us for enterprise pricing.
Yes. Simply go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade and you'll see your options.
For self-service customers we accept ACH/direct debit/eCheck, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For most customers we only accept payments online. If you're looking to spend more than $10,000/year on Blixo we can accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Yes. Blixo uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your information. This bank-level technology is used to encrypt any information that you send us.
